Since the hyper-v works well in Windows 7 and 8, I thinks At first I thought this problem only happen to AMD processor system, but it seems happen to Intel processor system too. I have same problem with HP 14-an004AU laptop. I'm running Windows 10 Enterprise and I need Hyper-V to work on Windows Phone Apps.
The only way to get it to boot after that is to disable Virtualization
I've let it set for over an hour and nothing. This is when it freezes on the windows logo screen. The screen says it is working and then it reboots again. The system works and counts up percentage untilĪbout 30% or so and reboots. At the end of the installation I click to restart my system.
